I'd love for this rant to be available to share with my collegues. It describes my frustrations being an ealy adopter in a remote, low patient volume setting. Thanks for sharing your views, Dr. Sacchetti!
A question I do have: How do you help your colleges to seeing an early adopter as not being a reckless mavrick?
Best Rant ever as I am an early adopter surrounded by EBM / SMACC crushes clinical experience types. I love them, learn from them but EBM doesn't rule my life like it does theirs. I love EMRAP and EMCRIT but I don't live and die with it. The balance you speak of is so essential, that I would love to tweet out the whole podcast. But I cant, because its EMRAP.. and because I cant tweet....well...yet....
