The RSI Card attached to this episode states a dose of rocuronium 0.6-1.2mg for RSI. The 0.6mg dose was introduced years ago as a "defasiculating" dose when using succinylcholine. For RSI, when using rocuronium, you should not use less than 1mg/kg to ensure the most optimal conditions for intubation. Additionally, the duration of rocuronium on this card is listed at 3-10min. The duration of rocuronium is 30-45min.
