Cannot understand why the Point of Care Troponin and BNP by finger stick blood is ignored .
These tests ought get better and in primary care or rural settings and in Asssisted Care Homes would exclude over 2-3 hrs myocardial infarction going home .
Since a urine is being performed for Pyelonephritis in uncertain cases Antigen for Legionella and Strep Pneumonia will add and they are easy tests
