"bulbar-bulbar-bulbar" although it is to rapid and doesn't explain the abdominal pain... would there be a "downside " to considering MG and administering a quick Tensilon/edrophonium challenge? if you get relief of symptoms you are done, if not continue the search for the real culprit...
was anti toxin ever administered... I missed the very end of the case...
