I had a random question as I was listening: in this segment there's discussion of the concept of consensual photophobia, where the show notes state "Inflammation of the ciliary body causes pain with pupillary constriction, regardless of the presence of light". To clarify: is the inflammation in the ciliary body or the iris dilator/sphincter muscles? My understanding is the ciliary body is what controls lens accomodation, which is separate from pupillary size control by the iris muscles. Thanks again!
