Jess at 9:29 you mentioned the pt has to have 'no pain ' with the 45 degree rom test or they get a CT. I read in the CCSR they are allow pain. "...Third, patients who are able to actively rotate their neck 45° to the left and to the right, regardless of pain, do not require C-spine radiography..." Ian G.
