I wonder if procaine might be a better choice than lidocaine, and maybe even amiodurone in refractory V fib.
and ,as we might discuss later, some docs, like Weingart and others, have a background of norepinephrine running in all codes I think, esp cardiac arrests, at a baseline 50mcg/minute.
and I think some just drop a SGA LMA like an iGEL at the start with end tidal on ALL codes, resus situations.

and a fem Art-line, if possible.. prob more reliable (and easier ) than a radial A-line.
