for people on anticoagulant presenting with chest pain, possibke ACS, Aspirin is still ok to give rigtht? would it matter which anticoagulant? thank you 😊

Yes aspirin is used in addition to other anticoagulants

Basically yes - and "bedrest" and treatment of arrhythmias
