Deep Dermal Sutures

For deep dermal sutures remember the mantra -- deep to superficial, superficial to deep. Enter the wound deep through the deep dermis, come out superficially through the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ). On the other side of the wound enter superficially at the DEJ, and exit through the deep dermis. This will cause the knot to be burried deep. Presented by Jess Mason.
