You told that the authors state that the WB group needed less red blood cells and fresh frozen plasma overall, but "whether this finding was because patients received WB is unclear." I wonder why this is unclear to you: maybe because type and severity of injury (mtp activation) was higher in the BCT group? Moreover can you tell me a couple example of the potential high selection Bias that could occur? Thank you
