Rapid response to defibrillate is also worthy by training a greater number of first responders who can use an AED Start with a 10 sq km area like the central business district of a City . First Responders would have electric bikes motor scooters .

100%! I love this idea. Some patients, esp with proximal LAD or left main occlusion, may be refractory EF. Some are young - too vital to die - and will have refractory VF. In those, rapid transport to a "resuscitation center" or ECMO center - ECPR may provide life saving bridge to cath, OR, or IR. Just something to consider.
