Something that came up recently in our weekly conference was new updates for penile fracture imaging. Our urology department has requested MRI to determine surgery vs. conservative therapy as this apparently has been recommended in their literature. EM as a whole probably needs a refresher on this.

2) Therapeutic approach to kidney stone with Possible infection ( admit vs OR vs home etc...)
