I just wanted to clarify one thing. Up to date suggests continuing the colchicine (if tolerated) for a full three months and tapering the ibuprofen when the CRP is < 3 (and/or symptoms have resolved).
This segment mentioned tapering the colchicine when the CRP is < 3.
