Can you get reinfected with COVID-19 or do you develop immunity after one infection?

Is there much of a role for auscultation in patients presenting to the ED with cough, fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, URI, sore throat? Fellow physicians/APPs are starting to do a “foot of bed” exam without much hands on contact at all. Is there evidence to support this practice?
Thank you

In these COVID updates you mentioned not using bipap or high flow due to risk of aerosolizing COVID. Now all patient being admitted to the ICU for respiratory reasons are COVID rule outs, meaning we cannot use these modalities at all if we follow this advice, which significantly increases need for intubation and ventilator use. For patients who are low risk for COVID and may turn around quickly (flash pulmonary edema), it seems we should be using bipap with the same precautions as intubation to help save ventilators. I feel we need to come to consensus on best practice for these patients in the time of COVID. Curious to hear your thoughts and it would be great if you could address this in future updates. Thanks!
