WHY DO YOU KNOCK IT?! I wish we questioned with this same concern about anything the CDC or WHO releases. What ever happened to critical thinking? Why are we merely holding our breath waiting for "them" to tell us what we can and cannot do? IF there is a CHANCE it could help as opposed to DOING NOTHING, why are we not trying?
Since publication of this podcast, the evidence that ivermectin plays no role in the management of COVID19 is far more robust. The largest trial that reported a benefit has been retracted as the data was clearly manufactured. The highest quality RCT (https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2777389) showed no benefit. A Cochrane review (https://www.cochranelibrary.com/cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD015017.pub2/full) showed no benefit. Meanwhile, there are clear harms. At this point, the evidence is clear there is no benefit based on high-quality evidence. Until high-quality RCTs show a benefit, there is no role for treatment with ivermectin in COVID.
We just sit do nothing when monoclonals don't work, Just seat as the patient declines...send them home to wait to come back and die. Getting frustrated here.

Where are those "well designed" clinical trials you were asking for? It has been 9 months!
