Lindsay P. -

Can you explain further how much you use in the 3:2:1 mix of TXA, Lido with epi and Afrin?

Jess Mason -

Martha recommended using 3 parts TXA, 2 parts lido with epi, and 1 part either oxymetazoline or phenylephrine. I'm assuming she meant by volume. This is just a little trick of the trade and hasn't been studied. The technique in the video I showed is much closer to how TXA has been studied for epistaxis.
