you should mention volar plate injuries after dislocation. They are very common and can be seen on xray and need referral to hand surgery.

checking the pinky for rotation when held in flexion on exam for 5th MC fracture is important.

I use a single unfolded 4X4 sponge for traction when reducing a finger fracture. Very grippy.
