On the practice exam, question 10 seems off. The question indicates the child has a fever. The answer key suggested the child has the most common diagnosis, transient synovitis. However, with fever, wouldn't septic arthritis and /or osteomyelitis be the correct choice?

No we dropped CME as there is so much other CME we offer and it is really expensive for these 30 minute reviews…
