Steve Carroll -

I listened to this section this morning- later that day we made the diagnosis of DRESS. An astute senior resident got baseline labs on a drug eruption rash and we all put the pieces together that he had started an anticonvulsant 2 weeks before. Dermatology saw the patient in the ED and is as excited as dermatologists get. Thanks for the great segment!
