I feel a gap in ER recommendations is not highlighting the importance of early subthreshold physical activity after an initial 24-48hr rest period. We should be avoiding recommending complete rest until all symptoms resolve (cocoon therapy). Numerous studies in the sport-concussion literature that early PA leads to faster recovery.
