6 hours! My God what is the fascination with this drug in ischemic stroke! The fact that they are still publishing crap on this speaks volumes at how corrupt the Pharm industry in the US is. I wish we as a profession could take the reigns and stop the insanity by making a clinical policy statement based on a rational take on the literature we have. IMO in 90% of clinical scenarios, giving this drug with the literature we know is a violation of our Hippocratic oath, we need to take a stand!
