Ok, so 25-30% of NSTEMI's are OMI, scary, and EKG findings, history can help point toward needing to go to cath lab sooner, but isn't this a cardiology decision, and it's great to know, but I'm not sure how this is going to help patients in the ED. How is my knowing this information going to create a faster cath for those who need it, if the cardiologist doesn't want to take them, or doesn't know about this information.
