An excellent resource, if interested more in this, is the book Psychocybernetics.
Written decades ago (and billed as a self help book) by Dr Maxwell Maltz. ( A plastic surgeon who ended up not operating on a lot of his patients).
I was a musician first and this book was required reading in both trumpet studios at The Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and Indiana University School of Music.
Excellent visualization techniques for a multitude of situations and "problems".
It is something I've continued to use throughout my life and teaching, in both music and at the ER residency I am faculty at currently.
