Good lecture. FYI, I recently saw a 5 yo with the chief complaint of RLQ pain. The RLQ was point tender on exam also. To make a long story short, It turned out to be a toxic right hip!! Word to the wise, check ROM/ hip pain in kids with RLQ pain
