Yes, that guy with the peanut allergy who went to the Planter's convention is back…but it's not rebound anaphylaxis though, (that's rare) it's just a rash from that other thing he allergic to. Sanjay and Mike discuss why it may seem like this diagnosis is trending upward but it could just be because we're including more people like the peanut guy with the mild rash.

A colleague of mine had a terribly scary true rebound anaphylaxis case (difficult airway and all) at about the 5 hour mark not long ago. Scared me into stretching my observation window a bit longer than I had gotten used to.
