Wouldn't hypoxia in itself be an admission criteria independent of etiology. As such, I don't think its absence from the CURB-65 diminishes its value. $0.02 (50 more of these and you have a dollar).

CORB confusion oxygen saturation <90% Respiratory Rate >30 B Systolic BP < 90 mmHg Diastolic BP < 60 by Buising et al Emergency Medicine Australia 418-426 is a faster assessment for primary care as no blood needs be taken but you need a Pulse Oximeter NPV 98% . Could always do CORB -60 and lessen RR to 26 and Po2 92 to consolidate NPV higher .
