A retrospective study giving anticoagulated patients prothrombin complex concentrate  (PCC) prior to performing lumbar puncture. PCC lowered the INR to an acceptable level in about 90% of patients at 2 hours, but 5-6% of patients had some sort of thromboembolic event.
