They do so at great personal risk and sometimes without appropriate personal protective equipment.In light of these extraordinary sacrifices, the least we can do is to stay home, only leave the house for essential supplies and activities, and practice strict social distancing whenever out in public.By following the protocols established by local, state and national governments, we can do our part to flatten the COVID-19 infection curve and prevent the healthcare system from being overwhelmed.This will provide more time to acquire the supplies that are needed to combat this crisis and will ultimately save countless lives.Healthcare workers stay at work for you.
