Thanks Ian. If we didn’t say it in this chapter, family history is part of the risk factors to assess in HEART score. Quoting from the CorePendium chapter on low risk chest pain, positive family history for the HEART score is defined as: “parent or sibling diagnosed with coronary artery disease <55 years of age.” I appreciate you pointing this out.
