The EM:RAP Referral Program allows registered EM:RAP users (an “EM:RAP Subscriber”) to earn Amazon gift cards by referring friends to EM:RAP. In addition, referred customers will receive a discount off of their new subscription price.
To participate, the EM:RAP Subscriber must agree to these terms, which become part of the EM:RAP, Inc. Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the EM:RAP, Inc. Terms of Service. Void where prohibited.
How to Earn Amazon digital gift cards
EM:RAP Users can earn Amazon digital gift cards if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid EM:RAP account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend enters a valid payment for that subscription. The referrer may not refer him or herself.
The referring EM:RAP Subscriber will be credited with the Amazon digital gift card amount described in the accompanying promotional materials.
Redeeming Amazon digital gift cards
Digital gift cards will be issued upon completed payment processing for the new referred EM:RAP Subscriber and will be provided to the email address on account for the referrer. Cards may be redeemed through the Amazon.com store and EM:RAP Subscribers will comply with the Terms of Use on that site.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral codes in the emails are specific to the referred individual and can not be shared. A unique email address must be entered for each referred individual.
Referred Friends
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will receive a $25 discount which may be applied to the subscription level of their choice. Varying credit amounts and additional terms will be shown in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple EM:RAP Subscribers, only the corresponding EM:RAP Subscriber of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive the Amazon digital gift card.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Change
EM:RAP, Inc. may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time.
Amazon digital gift cards earned as a result of fraudulent activities are null and void. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove referrals if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or cancel or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate. Non-fraudulent accrued Amazon digital gift cards are not affected by suspension or termination of the Referral Program or a user’s participation.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the emrap.org website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.
