EM:RAP Emergency Medicine: Reviews and Perspectives

Apple iPhones and iPads come with the Podcasts app. If you don't have Podcasts or another podcasting app—for example, Instacast or Downcast—you will need to get one from the App Store.

Once you’re ready, follow the steps below to set up EM:RAP on your phone or tablet.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, log into EM:RAP.
2. Tap on the Podcast Setup link in the header.
3. On the Podcast Setup page, tap the Subscribe in iOS button.
4. Your personal podcast feed will automatically be added to your podcasting app. If you have more than one podcasting app, iOS will use the one you used most recently.
5. That’s it. Your podcasting app will open and you will see EM:RAP in your list of podcasts. Happy listening!

Android phones and tablets do not come with a podcasting app. If you don’t have a podcasting app—for example, BeyondPod or Podkicker—you will need to get one from the Play Store.

Once you’re ready, follow the steps below to set up EM:RAP on your phone or tablet:

1. On your phone or tablet, log into EM:RAP.
2. Tap on the Podcast Setup link in the header.
3. On the Podcast Setup page, tap the Subscribe in Android button.
4. Your personal podcast feed will automatically be added to your podcasting app. If you have more than one podcasting app, Android will ask you to choose the app you want to use.
5. That’s it. Your podcasting app will open and you will see EM:RAP in your list of podcasts. Happy listening!

If you have iTunes on your desktop or laptop, you can add the EM:RAP podcast. Using iTunes you can sync EM:RAP episodes to older iPods. iTunes is free for Windows and OS X.

1. If you haven’t yet logged in, log in now.
2. Click on the Subscribe in iTunes button.
3. Depending on your OS and web browser, this may open a confirmation window asking to open iTunes. Click Ok or Continue to open iTunes.
4. Your personal podcast feed will automatically be added to iTunes.
5. That’s it! You can listen to EM:RAP episodes directly in iTunes and you can sync downloaded episodes to your iPod, iPhone or iPad.

For other podcasting software, your personal podcast feed URL can be used to subscribe to the EM:RAP podcast.

1. If you haven’t yet logged in, log in now.
2. Your personal feed URL is displayed at the top of the page.
3. Copy your URL and paste it into your podcasting software.
